Melinda Gates’ Pivotal Announced $250 Million Program to Support Women’s Health

Melinda Gates announced Action for Women’s Health, a $250 million global call to fund organizations working to improve women’s mental and physical health. This is part of her $1 Billion commitment to advance women’s power globally.

Registration is now open. Applications must be received before 4 pm (Central Time), December 3, 2024. Applications may be submitted from organizations around the world. As applications are received, their basic eligibility will be reviewed followed by a Participatory Review by other applicants. A second round is scheduled for May-June, 2025. Awards of between $1-5 million are anticipated by the end of 2025.
