Yahoo General Counsel Resigns After Breach Investigation

Yahoo general counsel Ronald Bell has resigned after an independent investigation of the two massive breaches of Yahoo’s systems concluded that the company’s legal team had sufficient information to launch a further inquiry in 2014, but chose not to do so.
