WilmerHale and Jenner & Block Ask Court to Permanently Enjoin Trump’s Executive Orders

New York Times – A couple of weeks ago, Trump issued executive orders targeting WilmerHale and Jenner & Block. Both firms filed suit in federal court, challenging the executive orders. The judges in each case issued TROs enjoining the executive orders. WilmerHale and Jenner & Block have now moved for summary judgment to enjoin the executive orders permanently.
