White House’s American Technology Council Issues 36-Point Plan to Modernize Federal IT

In a draft for public comment, the White House's American Technology Council has set an array of 36 deadlines for federal agencies to achieve in the next year – 24 of them due in the next 90 days – to make progress on modernizing the government's use of IT.
