White House Reiterates FY2024 Cyber Budget Priorities

The OMB and National Cyber Director have issued a memo for federal agencies identifying the Biden administration's cybersecurity priorities for fiscal year 2024: improving the defense and resilience of government networks by focusing on zero trust implementation and IT modernization; deepening cross-sector collaboration to defend critical infrastructure; and “strengthening the foundations of our digitally-enabled future.” This reinforces previous guidance from the the White House in developing 2024 budgets, rather than setting new priorities.
