When Is It Too Late to Submit a Service Contract Act Price Adjustment Proposal?

Abrahams Wolf-Rodda – Under the Service Contract Act (“SCA”), for each option year or extended period of performance, the contracting agency is supposed to add  new wage determinations (“WDs”) to the contract and ask the contractor to submit a price adjustment for any increased cost of paying higher wages and fringe benefits.
