Washington State Clinic Pays $120,000 for Allegedly Billing for Unapproved Foreign Birth Control Medications

Skagit Family Health Clinic of Washington will pay $120,000 to settle allegations that, from 2015 to 2020, it imported birth control medications from a foreign source not approved by the FDA, and billed state and federal medical programs for them, despite the fact that they were not covered.
