VETS-4212 Reporting Due September 30, 2017

Federal contractors and subcontractors must report their annual employment data for protected veterans by September 30, 2017. The Vietnam Era Veterans’ Readjustment Assistance Act requires this reporting from federal contractors and subcontractors with contracts valued at $150,000 or higher, if they contain FAR Clause 52.222-37, Employment Reports on Veterans, or if this clause has been flowed down from a prime contract. Formerly known as VETS-100 or VETS-100A, the VETS-4212 report must be submitted to the Department of Labor's Veterans Employment Training Service no later than September 30, 2017.
