Veterans’ Data at Risk on Shared Network Storage Devices

The VA Inspector General conducted a review of the agency's Milwaukee regional office, in response to an allegation that veterans' sensitive personal information was stored on shared network drives on the VA enterprise network, and was likely accessible to unauthorized users.
