VA Veteran-Owned Small Business Verification Guidelines

The Department of Veterans Affairs has published an interim rule to implement a portion of the Veterans Benefits, Health Care, and Information Technology Act of 2006, which requires the agency to verify ownership and control of veteran-owned small businesses, including service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, in order for these firms to participate in VA acquisition set-asides.
