USAID Issues Helpful Guidance on UEI, SAM, and FFATA
No new requirements! Just want to be clear upfront. Rather, USAID’s new supplement to ADS 303 entitled “Guidance on UEI, SAM, and FFATA Requirements for Assistance” offers helpful clarifications on the regulatory requirements and procedures – but no new requirements. The document notes that UEI, SAM, and FFATA are related and interconnected, but they have separate procedures.
