USAID Final Rule: Revisions to the Incentive Awards Program for Personal Services Contractors

This final rule amends the Agency for International Development's Acquisition Regulations to establish a separate monetary and non- monetary incentive-awards program to recognize and reward individual Personal Service Contractors s for their contributions to the accomplishment of USAID’s mission, goals, and objectives.
