Undersecretary of Defense for Policy Nominee Colin Kahl, on Cyber Deterrence

Colin Kahl, who previously served as deputy assistant secretary of defense for the Middle East and national security adviser to Biden during the Obama administration, testified before the Senate Armed Services Committee Thursday regarding his nomination to be undersecretary of defense for policy.
