U.S. Department of Labor Takes Actions to Facilitate Response Efforts COVID-19 Outbreak
The Department of Labor has posted FAQs relating to the National Interest Exemption Memorandum that the agency issue on March 17, 2020. The memorandum states that the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs has exempted supply & service and construction contracts from the requirement that they include an equal opportunity clause.
