Two Marine Maintenance Companies Pay $2.8 Million to Settle False Claims Act Investigation
International Marine Industrial Applicators and its rental subsidiary Marine Equipment Supply will pay the government more than $2.8 million to settle claims they improperly billed the Navy for rental equipment used in maintenance work on USS Ronald Reagan at the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard near Seattle.
