Two Los Angeles Pharmacy Owners Sentenced for Multimillion-Dollar Scheme that Billed Medicare, CIGNA $11.8 Million in Fraudulent Medication Claims

Aleksandr Suris and Maxim Sverdlov, owners and operators of Royal Care Pharmacy in Hollywood, were each sentenced to 144 months in prison and restitution, for their roles in a health care fraud scheme in which Medicare and CIGNA were billed more than $11.8 million in fraudulent claims for prescription drugs.
