Transparency International Report Consists of “Apples to Oranges” Comparisons and Ineffective “Shaming”

Mike Koehler takes issue with Transparency International's report “Exporting Corruption 2022 – Assessing Enforcement of the OECD Anti-Bribery Convention.” Koehler argues that TI is merely engaged in “shaming”, and that the declining number of countries that qualify as practicing active enforcement demonstrates that TI's approach is accomplishing little.
