The Proposed Rule to Amend FAR Guidance on Safeguarding CUI – Care to Comment?

Husch Blackwell – The Federal Acquisition Regulatory Council[1] (“FAR Council”) issued a proposed rule that would amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and provide guidance on the safe handling of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).[2] The proposed rule was published on January 15, 2025, and the FAR Council is accepting public comments until March 17, 2025.
