While the August 13 deadline for federal agencies and contractors to comply with Section 889 of the FY2019 NDAA has passed, McCarter & English's Alex Major warns that's not the end of the story. In fact, the Department of Defense applied for and received a waiver from the Director of National Intelligence that delays DoD's deadline until September.
