Blank Rome – Former Chief Security Officer of Uber Technologies Inc., Joseph Sullivan, was sentenced to three years of probation and ordered to pay a $50,000 fine for his role in the attempt to cover up a 2016 data breach involving the stolen records of about 57 million Uber users and 600,000 drivers’ license numbers.
