State Department Working to Secure the Systems of “Most Attacked” Organization

State Department CIO Kelly Fletcher reports that the agency is working to better secure the global networks of what she describes as “one of the most attacked organizations in the world.” One of the challenges is the fact that many of these systems are disconnected from the home office, in order to be more accessible to the outside world.
