State Department Grants New Enterprise CISO Far-Reaching Oversight Authority

Undersecretary of State for Management Brian Bulatao is creating a new position with the State Department — the Enterprise Chief Information Security Officer — in an attempt to address criticism of the agency's reporting structure and conflicting approaches to cybersecurity.
