State Department Advocates “Cyber Assistance Fund” for Allies and Partners

Nate Fick, the State Department's ambassador for cybersecurity, said the department is going to “push” for a fund to assist friendly foreign countries in cybersecurity crises, and he was optimistic that Congress would make this happen.
