In spent nuclear fuel case, the Court of Federal Claims limited damages for partial breach by Department of Energy of 1983 Standard Contract for Disposal of Spent Nuclear Fuel to costs incurred for storage of spent nuclear fuel, and rejected claims for costs incurred for regular maintenance and transportation of spent fuel.
