Sinclair Broadcast Group Still Recovering from Ransomware Attack

Broadcasting giant Sinclair reports to the SEC that the ransomware attack it experienced on October 17, “has not yet been fully resolved, and certain disruptions to … business and operations remain.” Sinclair owns or operates 185 television stations in 85 markets, some of which had difficulty with broadcasting operations in the immediate aftermath.
