Shared Database of Software Bills of Materials Suggested
Energy Department cybersecurity advisor Amy Hamilton has suggested that some entity—such as CISA—maintain a central repository for software bills of materials covering the software used most widely by the federal government, to give agencies a foundation on which to build their own SBOMs.
