Senator Urges a Roving Cyber Auditor
Senator Sheldon Whitehouse (D-RI) has suggested that the government appoint a roving inspector general’s office for cybersecurity to conduct all mandatory information security audits, as well as to conduct penetration testing and other one-off cyber tests.
