Senate Committee OKs Bill to Give CISA Subpoena Authority Over Internet Service Providers

The Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs unanimously approved a bill that would empower the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency to compel internet service providers to identify entities whose systems the agency determines to be vulnerable.
