In a new blog post, FCPA Blog publisher and editor Richard Cassin says the intention of Charles Cain, the new Chief of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act Unit in SEC's Enforcement Division, to "level the playing field" could mean more enforcement efforts targeted at foreign companies.
