SEC Chairman Statement on Cybersecurity

In the same "Statement on Cybersecurity" in which he divulged in passing that the SEC had experienced a data breach exposing information that could have been used for insider trading, agency chair Jay Clayton also talked about the importance of promoting effective cybersecurity by publicly traded companies to all three missions of the SEC.
