SavaSeniorCare LLC and related entities have agreed to pay at least $11.2 million to resolve allegations that they billed Medicare for rehabilitation therapy services that were not reasonable, necessary, or skilled, and billed both Medicare and Medicaid for grossly substandard skilled nursing services.
