Revised Interim Implementation of Governmentwide Guidance for Grants and Cooperative Agreements

This notice of proposed rulemaking (NPRM) is the first of a sequence of six NPRM documents in this issue of the Federal Register that collectively establish for DoD grants and cooperative agreements an updated interim implementation of Governmentwide guidance on administrative requirements, cost principles, and audit requirements for Federal awards.
