Protest that the awardee’s quotation misrepresented its relationships with proposed subcontractors is denied, where the solicitation did not require commitment letters from subcontractors and there was no indication that the evaluation relied on the alleged misrepresentation; and protest challenging the agency’s evaluation of the awardee’s corporate experience and past performance, and alleging unequal discussions, is denied, where the protester was not prejudiced, because its chance for award would not have increased significantly if the errors were corrected.
