Proposed Rule Would Align FAR with SBA Rules on Set-Asides under Multiple-Award Contracts

The FAR Council has published a new proposed rule that would amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to implement Small Business Administration regulations providing government-wide policy for partial set-asides and reserves, and setting aside orders for small business concerns under multiple-award contracts.
