Proposed Regulation Would Help DoD Organize Grant Terms and Conditions Related to National Policy Requirements

In the fourth of six notices of proposed rulemaking updating the Department of Defense’s Grant and Agreement Regulations, DoD proposes to add a new Department of Defense Grant and Agreement Regulations part to establish a consistent way for DoD Components to organize the portion of their general terms and conditions covering national policy requirements in areas such as nondiscrimination, environmental protection, and live organisms.
