Proposed Florida Law Would Require Agency Cyber Incident Reports, Ban Ransomware Payments

A new bill in the Florida House of Representatives would require public-sector agencies in the state to report ransomware attacks and other incidents to state authorities, and to conduct annual cyber hygiene training for many state and local government employees.
