Proposed Bill Would Require DoD to Tell Congress When ‘Special Cyber Operations’ are Ongoing

Legislation introduced in the House would require the Department of Defense to inform Congress when the military is engaged in sensitive operations in cyberspace, replacing the current informal, voluntary disclosure process.
