Protest challenging the agency’s award of a purchase order is denied, where the protester was not an interested party because it was not on the solicitation’s list of approved sources or authorized dealers, and therefore lacked standing, and where this limitation was clearly stated in the solicitation and should have been challenged prior to the closing date for receipt of quotations.
