OFCCP Restructure Update
Berkshire – According to an internal email reviewed by Bloomberg Law, OFCCP Director Ashley Romanias announced a restructuring plan for the agency that would establish a “Branch of Field Operations” within the Division of Program Operations for remaining field staff, and consolidate regulatory, legislative, policy, outreach, and help desk functions in the Division of Policy and Program Development.
