OECD Praises U.S. on FCPA

In its first report on the United States since 2010, the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development gives it generally high marks for anti-corruption enforcement, praising both its inter-agency and inter-national cooperation, its use of statutes beyond the FCPA, and its publication of commentary about settlements which can help corporations fight corruption.
