NPRM Proposes Standard Format for DoD Grant and Cooperative Agreement Awards

In the second of six notices of proposed rulemaking regarding its grants and cooperative awards, the Department of Defense proposes to add a new DoD Grant and Agreement Regulationspart to establish a standard format for organizing the content of DoD Components' grant and cooperative agreement awards and modifications to them.
