New York Physical Therapy Providers Settle Civil Healthcare Fraud Allegations

Williamsburg Physical Therapy and Euro Physical Therapy of New York City have agreed to pay $4 million to resolve civil allegations that from 2008 to 2018, they falsely billed Medicare, Medicaid, the Federal Employees’ Compensation Act Program, and the Federal Employees’ Health Benefits Program for physical therapy services.
