New Vaccine Mandates Go into Effect for GSA Landlords

Holland & Knight – General Services Administration is attempting to incorporate the new vaccine mandate FAR clause in existing GSA leases, and many GSA landlords have already received automated emails asking them to sign lease amendments memorializing their obligations with regard to the new workplace safety requirements.
