New Law Requires Drinking Water Systems to Develop Risk, Cybersecurity, and Resilience Assessments

The America’s Water Infrastructure Act – which became law in October 2018 – primarily focuses on certain water infrastructure projects being undertaken by the Army Corps of Engineers, but also created a number of new requirements applicable to community water systems serving more than 3,300 people.
