New Jersey Hospital, Investors to Pay $30.6 Million for Alleged Cost-Outlier Manipulation

Department of Justice – A New Jersey long-term care hospital will pay over $18.6 million for allegedly claiming excessive cost outlier payments from the Medicare program, and some of its investors will pay $12 million for the alleged fraudulent transfer of money to them.
