New FTC Nominees Lack Consumer Privacy, Security Experience

The FTC has spent a year with three empty seats, one member serving on borrowed time, and a member acting as chair by default, but with the White House nominating that chair to the judiciary, it has now nominated four new people to serve on the commission.
