New FTC Chair Says Agency Will Rein In Aggressive Enforcement

Federal Trade Commission chairwoman Maureen Ohlhausen says she’ll curtail FTC’s more aggressive data security actions and will instead focus the agency’s work on more concrete consumer injury.
