Montana Contractor Convicted of Bribing a Chippewa Cree Tribal Official

An investigation by the Department of the Interior Office of Inspector General substantiated allegations that Kevin McGovern, owner of CMG Construction Inc., MC Equipment Holdings LLC, and MT Waterworks LLC, paid bribes, both personally and through his companies, to Chippewa Cree Tribe  officials on the Rocky Boys Indian Reservation in Montana, in order to obtain a number of sole-source construction and management contracts.
