Middle Georgia PT Provider Agrees To Pay $500k+ To Resolve Fraud Claims

Physical therapy provider McLeod-Hughes and Associates, LLC, and its owner Barry McLeod-Hughes, have agreed to pay over $500,000 to resolve allegations that it billed Medicare and TRICARE for physical therapy services provided by athletic trainers and other unlicensed, uncredentialed, or otherwise unapproved individuals.
