Taesung “Terry” Kim and Dacheng “Bruce” Lu of New York—co-owners of four NYC pharmacies—have been charged with perpetrating a scheme that involved fraudulently billing Medicare and Medicaid for for medically unnecessary prescriptions and over-the-counter products that were not actually dispensed.
